Why the location matters
Useful sites connect customers with power, pickup areas and fleet services. Our approach starts with site control, electrical feasibility and recurring demand before committing to a large fleet.
Three site pathways
Church lots can serve weekday community travel while protecting worship and event parking. Commercial lots can combine external charging customers and contracted fleet services. BART locations require an agency-approved arrangement and alignment with commuter needs; no BART agreement is represented.
The revenue structure
Separate public charging sales, external parking or service income, and passenger fares. Internal payments from our fleet to our charging operation are not additional consolidated revenue. Solar and batteries require their own capital and operating analysis.
The next step
Prepare a site assessment, utility estimate, access plan, proposed lease and conservative operating budget. Funding eligibility is program-specific; a grant reservation or tax deduction is not cash available to repay a loan.
